Boiler Bed Material

M/S GRS Industries offers various types of crushed minerals that can be used as a Boiler Bed Material to support the combustion of the coal in the firing zone. They elements do not decompose at the extreme temperatures of the firing area. These are produced by using accurately screed earthily particles such as silica and various other minerals that are free from the dust and fines. Boiler Bed Material supplied by our company can be used in FBC and CFBC types of boilers. They are reduced to smaller chunks which results in the gaps in the bed to allow the air to distribute uniformly in the furnace for proper combustion.
